In the manage Products Page you will find:
Refresh banks:
This button will allow you to update the bank to reflect the monthly terms that you have available.
Configure the Product Versions:
This allows your organization to enable or disable specific builds that can be used during your production.
If disabled, all the builds that are available to your organization will be available to the users.
When enabled, only the build(s) selected will be available.
Products:
This will show your available banks.
Your products, how many monthly terms have been purchased or requested, how many have been granted for a specific period, and how many terms have been used.
If you click manage licenses for a specific bank, you will be able to add licenses with the remaining terms. available in your bank.
You will be prompted to select the type of license, number of licenses/seats, the duration in months of the licenses, the start day (either today or a day in the future, please remember that the license can not be activated before that date, and will expire according to the starting date, even if it was not activated), and assign to user, the user can be yourself or a user that has been previously invited by the administrator to use the portal.
After this, you will be advised of the total number of monthly terms that you will be withdrawing and to accept or cancel.
As well, is important to note that the Portal does not have the ability to deactivate/return licenses. The activation/ deactivation process remains the same.
