You can now set the volume for a sound clip without creating a volume keyframe.

To do this, simply display the volume envelope of sound clips. Sound clips with no volume keyframes will have a straight horizontal line for a volume envelope. You can now click and drag on this line to adjust the sound clip's overall volume.

If your sound clip has volume keyframes, you can also click and drag on the segment between two keyframes to offset both keyframes simultaneously.

To display volume envelopes, do one of the following:

• In the bottom-left corner of the Timeline view, click on the Menu button and select Show Volume.
• In the top menu, select Clips > Show Volume Envelope.
• Right-click on the audio section of the Timeline view and select Show Volume.

It is possible to add a gain effect to sound clips. To do this, do one of the following:

• Right-click on a sound clip and select Audio Gain.
• Select a sound clip and, in the top menu, select Clips > Audio Gain.

When setting the volume of a sound clip or of a volume keyframe, the overlay that displays the volume you're setting it to in decibels now displays decimals.
