Returning a Server License

If you need to return a server license, you must first contact the support department to schedule its reactivation. This is because once a server license is returned, it cannot be activated again until the Toon Boom licensing department manually enables its reactivation. Hence, to avoid downtime, you should schedule its reactivation, and return it right before it is scheduled to be reactivated so that you can activate it against as soon as needed.
