If you are launching License Wizard for the first time, you need to launch it from an administrator account, authorize the application for launch, then give it permission to install the activation service. Once this is done, you will be able to launch License Wizard from any user account.

  1. Log in with an account that has administrator privileges.
  2. Open a Finder window.
  3. Navigate to Applications > Toon Boom [Product Name] [Version] [Edition] > Tools

  4. Ctrl + click on License Wizard, then select Open.

    A prompt will appear asking you to confirm launching an application from an unconfirmed developer.

  5. Click on Open to authorize the application.

    License Wizard will launch and will prompt you to authorize it to make changes to your computer.

  6. Enter the username and password for your account in the prompt, then click on OK.

    License Wizard will install the activation service. From now on, you can launch License Wizard simply by double-clicking on it, from any user account.

  1. Open a Finder window.

  3. Double-click on License Wizard.
